Service design is seeing the bigger picture: people, places, processes and more.
Here are some Service Design projects I've worked on - defining the problems, and iterating to address all dimensions of the Customers, Users and Business needs in a unified system. These projects all involved looking at the front-stage and back-stage processes -prioritising interactions in both digital, and real-life contexts, to deliver artefacts like service blueprints and customer journey maps.
